I accept my body in all of its stages, in it’s healing, in it’s aching.. morphing, shrinking, expanding, in it’s growing.

I accept silent truths.

I find acceptance in asking myself how I feel about things.

I can integrate my shadows.

I can achieve my dreams.

I can choose non-duality.

I do what it takes.

I do more than they think.

I do it my way.

I do surrender to the tides of change.

I trust in divine timing.

I trust that though this is hard, I can handle it.

I love myself more every day.

I love with the full spectrum of my being.

I love the parts of me I once was shameful of.

I love granting myself time with and in nature.

I love grounding activities.

I speak with honest integrity.

I speak with kindness and gentleness.
