The real real
We don’t want to curse our brain for how it works,
We just want to understand it.
We have all been stuck in what I like to call the mental labyrinth, searching to see beneath the hazy maze of mental fog that blocks us from properly minding our-self.
“Don’t call brain names.”
Whenever the mind in the mirror starts to rear its ugly head, I like to remind it that recent observations and data from the Planck satellite have suggested that this mind of mine may be living in and observing my reality as a hologram.
Holographic principle suggests that what was once believed to be a hindrance has proven to be of much use in the energy medicine sector of health.
The mental labyrinth is best described as racing thoughts, overthinking, being in stuck your head, voices that bully, constant inner dialogue, and/or experiencing internalized anxiety about the future or even, depression about the past.
It is the mental fog that hinders your peace of mind and feels like you’re glitchin' as a human.
SO let’s break this down
Holographic Principle.
Put it together and you’ve got “a thing, a whole thing, written and recorded in its entirety; a message', a hologram on your hands, or rather on your eyes.
This is not to perpetuate the idea that we live in a ***Matrixical* stimulation but rather that our once thought of two dimensional idea of the universe is actually a three dimensional projection. This is a good thaaang.
Manifestation. Embodiment. Paradigm. Quantum. *eyeroll*
These are among the few buzz words whirling around the circuits.
The New Age Movement which began in the 1970s and its counterpart The Informational Age or Digital Age are characterized as catalysts for these new verses of language being in abundant online content, information, publication, and consumption.
Meditation
You may have heard these words more than ever before. They lead you to other words such as meditation or mindfulness, which are the proposed tools to combat entrapment in the mental labyrinth.
Mindfulness
But are their applications easier said, than practiced? Is the New Age movement just another distraction from a decaying society pushing consumerism? Could it be a pysop? Is it a revitalization of the Hippie Movement?
Are you real? Use your brain.
Much like a kitten in front of a mirror, seeing itself for the first time, it’s a joy to have a curiosity. Especially when the very curiosity itself, is IT SELF.
Join me in this space to let the mind learn about itself.
Today our brain’s are processing more information than ever before. Often times the youth of today are depicted as snowflakes or sensitive. This is largely due to the fact that since a young age, we are the first generation to digest more than just the radio, TV set, and Sunday paper. Humans and especially children are consuming media on the largest scale to date. The average American ingests roughly 34 gigabytes of data information a day. That’s an average of 12 hours a day, on average. That is roughly like viewing about 10,000 photos in a sit down
We some data hound mfs.
Such consumption has aided in exposing the human mind to global suffering on a mass scale. And through our natural ability to default to, Social Comparison, a salient (yet moreover irrelevant) standard against which all subsequent information is compared, we can sometimes activate impact bias in the brain. Impact Bias is the tendency to overestimate the emotional impact of a past or future event in the mind.
This holographic macro molecular matrix is much like a hall of mirrors amusement walk through, we can get lost chasing phantom pathways that lead us stuck back into the maze or going in circles. So let us navigate the neuroplasticity of our minds and learn how to take notice of all those neurons firing off in our noggin.
We all know too well that on any bypassing day here on this realm, trauma can leak into our life suddenly and without notice. When crisis hits, often even if we have been keeping healthy habits, we can lose our balance on our mental health. Yet we forget how resilient we are. Our minds are built to get used to stuff. There is always a "new normal” we are adapting to. This is known as Hedonic Adaptation. Hedonic Adaptation is the concept studied by psychology researchers that refers to people’s general tendency to return to a set or base level of happiness despite life’s ups and downs.
There is always a neutral place, a zero point of any situation or circumstance.
The zero point is the edge of non-duality.
It is the state of neutrality within the heart space where one becomes the role of the Observer of self and others, able to access a state of both positive and negatives qualities of an experience and hold them both in equal measure. Besides 369, Zero is the most powerful number in the universe. Unfortunately knowing is half the battle.
